I provide online therapy for anxiety, depression, chronic pain, stress, IBS, insomnia, OCD, and PTSD. We'll work with a biopsychosocial lens, which is a fancy way of saying I look at the full picture—your body, thoughts, habits, relationships, history—and not just the symptoms. Together, we’ll build skills to calm your nervous system, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and move toward a life that aligns with your values—even when discomfort is present.

When You’ve Tried Everything—and Still Feel Stuck
Life doesn’t come with a roadmap. It’s easy to veer off course—pulled by pain, anxiety, or exhaustion—until you don’t quite recognize where you’ve landed. Therapy is a chance to pause, reorient, and begin finding your path forward.
I work with adults who are navigating chronic pain, anxiety, insomnia, stress-related health issues, or simply that foggy, frustrated sense of “this isn’t working anymore.”
My approach is warm and real, grounded in science but never robotic. We’ll begin by getting to know one another, building trust, and creating a treatment plan together that addresses your goals.
This isn’t about trying harder. It’s about doing differently—with support, humor, and tools that actually work.
Individual Therapy
Therapy can help you make sense of what’s happening and actually shift it. I use evidence-based approaches like ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and mindfulness, with a focus on what's meaningful to you.
Together, we’ll explore how all parts of you (mentally, physically, and emotionally) and your experiences connect so that you can find a way forward that aligns with what you want out of life. You can expect humor, validation, thoughtful conversations, and encouragement to dig deeper.

This is a gentle, evidence-based approach that uses focused attention to help ease symptoms like pain, sleep disruption, gut issues, and anxiety. No swinging watches. No mind control. Just brain science, guided imagery, and your own capacity for change.

You’ll be in control the whole time, turning inward while I guide you. All sessions are online, so you can show up in yoga pants, from your couch, with your fur baby nearby. (Highly encouraged.)
Mindfulness services
Mindfulness doesn’t mean sitting still for an hour. It’s about noticing what’s happening in your body and mind—and learning how to respond with curiosity instead of judgment. Sessions may include tuning into your breath and body, developing deeper self-awareness, and compassion-focused work to help with:

Depression and self-criticism
Emotional overwhelm and shutdown

Initial intakes are $300, and individual sessions are $240 per appointment.
