Find your path

Find your path ✦

NICE TO MEET YOU

I’m Dr. Hollrah

Compassionate support for when life feels heavy, confusing, or off track.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you’ve somehow lost your way, you’re not alone. As an online therapist for anxiety, chronic pain, and insomnia, I offer a compassionate space to slow down, tune in, and find your way forward–together.

Let’s reconnect with what matters most to you, so you can begin to feel more like yourself again.

Wherever you're starting from, we'll move forward together.

When life feels off track, it’s easy to lose your sense of direction. I help people reconnect with themselves and find a path forward that feels steady, meaningful, and true. I’ll bring evidence-based tools, thoughtful support, and the kind of compassion that makes room for the messy parts of being human.

I start with listening—genuinely and without judgment. From there, we’ll gently explore what’s been getting in the way, clarify what’s important to you, and take practical, sustainable steps that align with who you really are.

Therapy with me is a mix of warmth, wisdom, and walking alongside you as you come home to yourself.

I’m here to help you reconnect with what matters, attune to yourself, and move in the direction that feels right for you.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Therapy with me may be a good fit if you’re:

    • Facing anxiety, depression, or stress

    • Feeling stuck or overwhelmed

    • Navigating physical concerns such as chronic pain, IBS, or insomnia

    • Wanting something to change, but don’t see a way for things to shift

    • Ready to try something different, even if you’re not sure what that looks like yet

    • Wanting a therapist who gets it and knows how to help you move forward

My Story

Before I became a therapist, I worked in behavioral research, curious about why people do what they do, and how we change. But I realized that I wanted to help in a more direct and personal way that went beyond studying human behavior. I realized I wanted to sit with people, hear their stories, and walk alongside them through the messy, meaningful parts of life.

That’s how I found my way to therapy.

I believe everyone hits rough patches. Sometimes we lose our sense of direction, or feel like we’ve drifted from the life we want. Therapy is a way back to yourself—your strength, your values, your inner wisdom.

I named my practice True Path Psychology because so much of this work is about rediscovering your own path, especially when anxiety or pain has taken you far off course.

My Professional Background

I’ve worked in outpatient mental health for most of my career, and also developed a multidisciplinary chronic pain program. I bring experience from both clinical and research settings, and blend science with compassion in everything I do.

As an online therapist for anxiety, chronic pain, insomnia, and IBS, I offer convenient, consistent care for people across multiple states, without the stress of a commute or waiting room. Just meaningful, collaborative work to help you get where you want to go.
