Hi, I’m Dr. Hollrah
I help people who feel stuck—emotionally, physically, or both—find a way forward that’s rooted in their values and purpose, not their symptoms. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. We’ll start by understanding what matters to you, then work together to build tools that support change, even when life feels heavy. I integrate multiple approaches like ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and pain neuroscience combined with humor, honesty, and care.
I’m a licensed psychologist with over a decade of experience helping people navigate emotional and physical pain and the various ways those show up in the body and mind. The good news is that you don’t have to figure this out alone. I provide tailored support so you can move toward your goals and the life you want.
WHAT I DO
01 Individual Therapy
Online therapy for anxiety, depression, chronic pain, stress, IBS, insomnia, and grief. We'll work with a biopsychosocial lens, which is a fancy way of saying I look at the full picture—your body, thoughts, habits, relationships, history—and not just the symptoms. Together, we’ll build skills to calm your nervous system, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and move toward a life that aligns with your values—even when discomfort is present. I do take insurance. 02 Hypnotherapy
No swinging pocket watches here—just evidence-based clinical hypnosis that helps retrain how your brain and body respond to pain, gut issues, or sleep disruptions. (It’s less woo, more science. Promise.) Whether you’ve never tried it or are curious to deepen your experience, we’ll explore how guided hypnosis can support your healing.
03 Mindfulness-Based Services
Mindfulness is more than breathing with your eyes closed. We’ll explore self-compassion, presence-focused work, and other practices to help you create space between you and the overwhelm. You’ll learn how to respond to your experiences instead of reacting to them, how to tune into your body, and how to ground yourself in the present.
